If you can dream it, you can do it

 Meaning :  Get inspired with the life and words of famed entrepreneur Walt Disney who said “If you can dream it, you can do it”.   The most famous quote attributed to Walt Disney, the creator of the much-loved Disney characters is “If you can dream it, you can do it.” The quote itself is beautiful, but it takes on special meaning given Walt Disney’s personal story. Struggling as a cartoonist, he created the character of Mickey Mouse and eventually, when he could not get his work published, created an animation company that immortalised his vision and is one of the largest media houses in the world today.   It is not just his business journey that is an inspiration. It is the fact that he effectively spawned a whole new industry by mainstreaming animation and creating a magical new world that inspired children. He created ‘dreams’ and for over four generations, children have grown up on a diet of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and the stories of Snow White, Alad...

There is some loneliness in every life, there is some unhibitedness in every life

Ask someone to recount a time they felt lonely, and they’ll undoubtedly have a story to share. You might hear about the college freshman away from home for the first time. Or the new mother feeding her baby in the dark stillness of 4 a.m. “Most people feel lonely at some point during their lives,”  writes  researcher Ahmet Akin of Sakarya University. “As social animals who participate extensively in social relationships, humans open themselves up to the possibility of loneliness.” Researchers find that loneliness ebbs and flows as we age, in relatively predictable ways. Counterintuitively, we tend to be lonelier when young—and also when old. Among those high-risk groups, as many as  one quarter of people  may feel lonely on a regular basis. Understanding  why  we become lonely in certain life stages can help us to handle the uneasy feelings of isolation when they inevitably arise.

Loneliness is special enjoyment when chosen by ourself but hard to digest when gifted by others
